| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌患者血浆纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)含量变化特点及临床意义.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定30例胃癌患者术前和术后的PAI-1的含量,进行统计分析.结果:胃癌患者术后PAI -1含量较术前明显增高,术前术后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);胃癌患者Ⅰ期与(Ⅱ、Ⅲ)期相比,术前术后血浆PAI -1值均增高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:术前术后血浆PAI-1值是否明显增高,作为评估切除胃癌组织疗效的判断指标;PAI-1含量增高与胃癌的病理分型、分期、病程有密切的关系.
