| 摘 要： | 目的:分析输血前乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病的检测结果.方法:对我院640例受血者用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELASA)进行输血前乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(hepatitis B rirus surface antigen,HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒抗体(抗-TP)、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体进行检测分析.结果:HBsAg阳性75例(11.7％(,抗-HCV阳性10例(占1.56％)；抗-HIV1+2型阳性1例(0.15％)；抗-TP阳性3例(占0.47％)；输血前四项总阳性89例(13.9％).结论:对输血前进行感染疾病的检测,可以了解受血者输血前状况,发现潜伏期无症状感染,为诊断和治疗提供依据和帮助.
