心脉隆注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的：观察心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的效果。方法：46例CHF患者被随机分为常规治疗组（21例,常规抗心力衰竭治疗）和心脉隆治疗组（25例,在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液）。疗程2周,在用药前、用药后1～2周进行6min步行试验并进行超声心动图检查。结果：治疗2周后,心脉隆组总有效率明显高于常规治疗组（92.0%比61.9%）;两组患者6min步行距离及LVEF均有明显改善（P〈0.05或〈0.01）,且与常规治疗组比较,心脉隆组6min步行距离[（416.00±39.25）m比（475.00±42.11）m]明显增加,LVEF[（41.23±6.75）%比（48.35±7.5）%]明显提高,P均〈0.05。结论：心脉隆注射液是治疗老年慢性心力衰竭有效的辅助用药。

Effects of Xinmailong injection in aged patients with chronic heart failure

Objective:To observe effect of Xinmailong injection on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: A total of 46 CHF patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group(n=21,received routine treatment of anti-heart failure) and Xinmailong group(n=25,received Xinmailong injection based on routine treatment of anti-heart failure).Treatment period was two weeks.All patients underwent 6min walking test and echocardiography before and 1～2 weeks after treatment.Results:After treatment two weeks,total effective rate of Xinmailong group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group(92.0% vs.61.9%);there were significant improvement in 6min walking distance(6MWD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in both groups(P<0.05 or <0.01).Compared with routine treatment group,there were significant increase in 6MWD [(416.00±39.25) m vs.(475.00±42.11) m]and LVEF [(41.23±6.75)% vs.(48.35±7.5)%]in Xinmailong group,P<0.05 both.Conclusion: Xinmailong injection is an effective auxiliary drug for treatment of chronic heart failure in aged patients.
