| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方制剂补肾壮阳胶囊的定性鉴别方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法对人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、山茱萸、淫羊藿、何首乌进行定性鉴别.结果:高效液相色谱鉴别人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、山茱萸、淫羊藿、何首乌的方法简便易行,重现性好.结论:所建立的定性鉴别方法简便可行、重复性好,可有效控制补肾壮阳胶囊的质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective:to establish the method for identification of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule by TLC.Methods:Radix ex.Rhizoma Ginseng,Herba Cistanche,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Fructus Corni,Herba Epimedii in Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule were identified by TLC.Results:the relevant spots in Radix ex.Rhizoma Ginseng,Herba Cistanche,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Fructus Corni,Herba Epimedii can be identified by TLC.Conclusion:this method is simple,feasible and repeatable and can be used to control the quality of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule. |
