| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘢痕部分手术切除、残留瘢痕内缓释药物注射及创面脉冲二氧化碳激光光凝综合治疗体表中小面积瘢痕疙瘩的临床效果。方法对186例瘢痕疙瘩患者采用手术切除大部分瘢痕,残留瘢痕内注射曲安奈德及利多卡因混悬液,创面激光光凝止血结痂的综合治疗(综合治疗组)。选取同期及既往单纯激光手术切除瘢痕135例患者(手术治疗组),单纯药物瘢痕内注射204例患者(药物治疗组)作为对照,比较3组疗效。结果联合治疗组186例患者术后创面愈合,经1~3次注射后随访1~2年,162例未见瘢痕再增生,疗效与手术治疗组及药物治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合药物综合治疗瘢痕疙瘩方法简便,效果明显。 |
