产科、儿科护士心理健康状况调查分析

目的:调查产科、儿科护理人员心理健康状况,分析探讨影响因素。方法:应用状况自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),对219名产科、儿科护理人员进行问卷测评。结果:产科、儿科护士SCL-90总分高于全国常模,产科护士因子分中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神疾病性、阳性项目7项高于常规,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿科护士因子分中躯体化、焦虑、恐惧、阳性项目4项高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS产科、儿科护士得分均显著高于常规,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SDS产科、儿科均低于常模,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产科、儿科护士的心理健康状况低于一般人群,与其工作环境、工作压力有关。

Investigation and analysis of psychological health status of obstetric,pediatric nurse

Objective The health status of pediatric nursing personnel obstetrics,psychological investigation,analysis of the factors that affect. Methods Using self rating scale（SCL-90）,self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,self rating Depression Scale（SDS）,questionnaire survey on 219 nurses working in obstetric,pediatric.Results The obstetric,pediatric nurse SCL-90 scores higher than the national norm,the obstetric nurses factor scores in somatization,depression,anxiety,fear,mental illness,positive items 7 higher than normal,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,factor of pediatric nurses in somatization,anxiety,fear,positive items 4 higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;SAS obstetric,pediatric nurses was significantly higher than the normal,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.SDS obstetrics,pediatrics were lower than the norm,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The mental health status of obstetric,pediatric nurses,lower than the general population,and their working environment,working pressure.
