健康教育加心理干预在糖尿病远期治疗中的作用研究

摘    要:
目的:观察健康教育加心理干预在糖尿病远期治疗中的作用。方法:选择243例初诊的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组在对照组的基础上加以心理干预以及定期健康教育,比较两组患者的空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:试验组在3个月及6个月后空腹血糖控制水平、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施有效的健康教育和心理干预在糖尿病远期治疗中具有重要作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the health education and psychological intervention in diabetes. Method 243 patients with newly di-agnosed typeⅡdiabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,on the basis of the control group,the experimen-tal group were given health education and psychological intervention. the levels of Fasting blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin level were compared with two groups. Results Compared to control group,the levels of Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the experimental group after 3 months and 6 months was significantly lower(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The health education and psychological intervention are effective ways in the long-term treatment of diabetes.
