卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的:探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将70例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗组与卡维地洛组,常规治疗组应用硝酸酯类,利尿剂,洋地黄制剂,ACEI或ARB等进行常规治疗,卡维地洛组在常规治疗基础上加用卡维地洛治疗,疗程为6个月。结果:与常规治疗组相比,卡维地洛组改善NYHA心功能分级的疗效更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并能显著增加LVEF,减小LVDd。结论:卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭(NYHA心功能Ⅱ~Ⅲ级)有效、安全,并显示了改善左室重塑的作用。

Clinical observation of carvedilol treatment in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of carvedilol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into conventional group and carvedilol group,Conventional group were given routine treatment such as using nitric acid ester,diuretics,digitalis preparations,ACEI or ARB etc.while carvedilol was added on routine treatment in carvedilol group,period of treatment for six months.Results Compared with conventional group,NYHA class was improved more significantly in carvedilol group（P〈0.05）,and carvedilol group can significantly increased LVEF,reduce LVDd.Conclusion Carvedilol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（NYHA-FC Ⅱ~Ⅲ class） is effective,safe,and shows the role of improving left ventricular remodeling.
