螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值分析

目的:探讨螺旋CT应用在腰椎间盘突出症中的临床价值。方法:筛选经临床手术证实为腰椎间盘突出患者120例,作为研究对象。采用螺旋CT扫描及X线平片对所有患者腰椎间盘进行检查,比较两种检查手段诊断的正确率及病情评价情况。结果:螺旋CT诊断正确率为113例(94.17%),X线平片诊断正确率为93例(77.50%),二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);螺旋CT对软组织病变、神经根及硬膜囊损伤评价结果较X线平片具有显著优势(P>0.05)。结论:应用螺旋CT检查腰椎间盘突出症具有诊断准确,可对腰椎神经根等病理性损伤做出准确评价,可指导临床治疗方案的选择。

Spiral CT in the clinical application of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the application of spiral CT in lumbar disc herniation clinical value. Method Selected lumbar disc surgery 120 patients clinically confirmed for the study. Checked up all patients with lumbar disc by spiral CT scans and X-ray,comparing the accuracy of the diagnosis and evaluation of the disease under two means of checking. Results The diagnostic accuracy of helical CT was 113 cases（94. 17%）,X-ray diagnostic accuracy was 93 cases（77. 50%）,there were significant differences between the two comparison （ P﹤0. 05）;evaluation results of spiral CT had a significant advantage（ P﹥0. 05）for soft tissue lesions,nerve root and dural injury com-pared to the X-ray. Conclusion Application of spiral CT in lumbar disc herniation can be diagnosed accurately,can make an accurate as-sessment of the lumbar nerve roots pathological damage and can guide the choice of clinical treatment programs.
