阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎50例疗效分析

目的:通过与常规疗法对比,探究分析阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取儿科确诊患支原体肺炎的患儿50例,将其随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规阿奇霉素持续静脉滴注治疗,试验组患儿给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,比较两组的疗效情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy analysis of azithromycin sequential therapy in treating 50 mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin sequential therapy in treating 50 mycoplasma pneu-monia in children by comparing with conventional therapy. Method 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in paediatrics were divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was given conventional intravenous drip of azithromycin,the experimental group was given azithromycin sequential therapy,efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of ex-perimental group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and overall incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy in treating children with mycoplasma pneumonia has significant efficacy and less adverse re-actions,which is worthy of being widely promoted in clinic.
