| 摘 要： | 目的:通过在门诊药房推行品管圈活动,提升药事服务质量,提高药师参与管理的意识和解决问题的能力。方法:运用多种统计方法,按照品管圈实施的步奏进行计划、实施、确认和处置。结果:改善了门诊药房工作品质,提高了人员的工作积极性。结论:推行品管圈能不断发现和解决门诊药房的内部问题,改善工作质量,提高药学人员参与管理的意识与水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To introduction of quality control in outpatient pharmacy circle activities,improving the quality of pharmaceutical service,improve the management of pharmacists consciousness and the ability to solve the problem.Methods Using a variety of statistical methods,according to the quality control plan and implementation steps,implementation,validation and disposal.Results To improve the outpatient pharmacy working quality,enhance the staff＆#39;s work enthusiasm.Conclusion To implement quality control circles can constantly discover and solve the problem of the interior of the outpatient pharmacy,improve the quality of work,improve pharmacy personnel involved in the management consciousness and level. |
