抗精神疾病药物对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响

目的:探究几种不同的抗精神疾病药物对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响。方法:选择160例精神分裂症患者,按照随机方法将其分为四组,分别为A组、B组、C组、D组,每组40例。分别采用行利培酮、舒必利、奥氮平和阿立哌唑治疗,治疗时间为2个月,治疗结束后,分别对四组精神分裂症患者的血清催乳素水平和治疗前进行比较。结果:四种不同的抗精神疾病药物对分裂症患者的治疗都有很好的效果,部分药物对患者的催乳素水平有一定影响,其中阿立哌唑对患者的血清催乳素水平的影响最小。结论:四种不同的抗精神疾病药物对分裂症患者的治疗都有很好的效果,其中阿立哌唑这种药物对患者血清催乳素水平的影响较小,值得在临床上推广应用。

Effects of antipsychotics on serum prolactin level in patients with schizophrenia spirit

Objective To analyze the effect of antipsychotics on serum prolactin in female psychopath.Methods Choosing treated 160 cases of patients with schizophrenia,to be divided into four groups according to random method,respectively,A,B,C,D four groups,each group 40 cases,to treat with,risperidone,sulpiride sepa,olanzapine and aripiprazole,rately in 2 months.Compared the serum prolactin before and aftertreatment. Results Four different types of antipsychotic drugs for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia have very good effect,part of the drug for patients with prolactin levels have a certain influence,which made pp o of the serum prolactin levels in patients with minimal impact.Conclusion Different types of antipsychotic drugs for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia have very good effect,the state o pp azole the drug have less effect on the patients serum prolactin level,it is worth popularization and application in clinic.
