体重干预对2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者代谢指标的影响

目的:探讨体重干预对于2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者代谢指标影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病肥胖患者随机分为体重干预组(n=30)及对照组(n=30)。两组均进行常规药物治疗。体重干预组的干预措施还包括饮食指导和运动指导。比较两组患者干预前及6个月后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇和三酰甘油的变化。结果:体重干预组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇和三酰甘油与干预前及对照组干预后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应对2型糖尿病肥胖患者加强体重干预,特别是运动干预,干预目标不应仅局限于体重的减轻,更应重视提高患者的自我管理水平,改善其生存质量。

Effect of body weight intervention on metabolic indexes in obese patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect about body weight intervention on metabolic indexes in obese patients with type 2 diabe-tes. Method 60 obese patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the body weight intervention group（n=30）and the control group（n=30）. The two groups had conventional drug therapy. The measure also included dietary guidance and exercise guidance in the body weight intervention group. Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglycer-ides were monitored before the intervention and six months after. Results Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglycerides in the body weight intervention group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 ）in pre-inter-vention and post-intervention in the control group. Conclusion Respond obese patients with type 2 diabetes to enhance weight interven-tion,especially sports intervention. The goal should not only be limited to weight loss,but also be paid to improve patient self-management level in order to improve their quality of life.
