| 摘 要： | 目的:采用单剂量野百合碱(MCT)皮下注射的方法制作大鼠肺动脉高压右心衰竭模型。方法:MCT60 mg/kg注射于大鼠颈背部皮下,用生理盐水作对照。评价血流动力学、心肌收缩力及组织学改变。结果:注射后4周形成明显的肺动脉高压。注射后6周,右心室收缩力减弱、血流动力学及组织学均证实大鼠发生右心衰竭。结论:皮下注射MCT是制作右心衰竭动物模型的理想方法。具有简便易行、成功率高及与临床相符等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To build right ventricular failure（RVF） on rats by a subcutaneous bolus of Monocrotaline（MCT）.Method：40 Wistar rats were received subcutaneous bolus of MCT（60（mg/kg）） compared with saline injection.Half of them were sacrificed at 4 weeks and others at 6 weeks after injection for RV dp/dtmax measurement,hemodynamic study（MPAP,HR,CVP）and histological study（lung,heart and liver）.Result： MPAP increased by 4 weeks after MCT injection. RV dp/dtmax decreased by 6 weeks after MCT injection with hemodaynamic data increased. All histological changes suggest RVF by 6 weeks after MCT injection. Conclusion： It is a stable and convenient method to build RVF on rats with high rate of success and similarity to clinical courses. |
