| Abstract: | cases with cerebral infarction of cysticercosis were reported.It was a complication of cerebral cysticercosis.Cysticercosis was a cause of cerebral infarction in young adults.According to the clinical manifestations, the disease could be classified into three types, lacunar infarction, lobar infarction and giant infarction.The diagnosis for cysticercotic cerebral infarction could depend on immunological test of cysticercus and computed tomography. We should use dexamethasone, anhydrous agents before using anticysticercals in treatment. |
