| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨C-反应蛋白（C-RP）与冠心病（CHD）之间的关系.方法：测定40例正常对照人群和40例经冠状动脉造影（CAG）证实为CHD患者的血浆C-RP浓度,在CHD中,单支病变16例,双支以上病变24例,稳定型心绞痛18例,不稳定型心绞痛22例.结果：CHD组C-RP浓度比对照组明显升高（P＜0.05）,不稳定型心绞痛组C-RP水平比稳定型心绞痛组有明显升高（P＜0.05）,双支以上病变组C-RP水平较单支病变组明显升高（P＜0.05）.结论：C-RP浓度与冠心病（CHD）和冠脉病变有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between coronany heart disease(CHD) and C-reative protein(C-RP).Methods:The concentration of C-RP were measured in 40 CHD patients approved by CAG and compared with the concentration of 40 healthy controls.In the CHD group,there are 16 single vessel pathological changes and 24 more than single vessel pathological changes.18 patients had stable angina and 22 patients had unstable angina.Results:The C-RP concentration of patients were significantly higher than that of healthy persons(P<005).The C-RP concentration of more than single vessel pathological changes were significantly higher than that of single vessel pathological changes,The C-RP concentration of unstable angina were significantly higher than that of stable angina.Conclusion:The C-RP concentration are correlative with CHD and the course of CHD. |
