摘    要:
目的 探讨D-二聚体在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的变化及诊断价值.方法 检测78名对照组健康人和173例AIS组患者血浆D-二聚体含量.结果 AIS组血浆D-二聚体含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,小面积梗死组、中等面积梗死组和大面积梗死组血浆D-二聚体含量明显升高(P<0.05);且D-二聚体含量与脑梗死灶面积呈正相关(r =0.926,P<0.05).结论 AIS患者血浆D-二聚体含量明显升高,且随梗死面积的增大呈上升趋势.血浆D-二聚体对AIS的辅助诊断具有重要意义.

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the change and diagnosis value of D-dimer in acute ischemic stroke. Methods The serum levels of D-dimer in 78 normal controls and 78 patients with acute ischemic stroke were detected. Results The serum levels of D-dimer in patients with acute ischemic stroke were higher than that in normal controls ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Compared with the normal controls, the serum levels of D-dimer in small infarction focus group, middling infarction focus group and large infarction focus group were obviously increased(P 〈 0. 05 ). The serum levels of D- dimer had good linear correlation with the area of infarction focus(r = 0. 926, P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of D-dimer in patients with acute ischemic stroke were obviously increased, and showed higher with the increasing of the area of infarction focus. Conclusion The serum levels of D-dimer has an important significance in the auxiliary diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke.
