| 摘 要： | 目的了解石嘴山市辖区预防接种点的疫苗损耗情况,为制定与调整生物制品的计划提供科学依据。方法连续6个月对3个接种点儿童基础免疫"五苗"使用情况汇总、用疫苗损耗率和损耗系数进行评价。结果"五苗"损耗系数分别为卡介苗4.10,脊灰糖丸1.11,百白破1.98,麻疹疫苗1.42,乙肝疫苗1.00。除卡介苗外4苗均符合正常参考标准。结论为进一步降低疫苗的损耗,应合理安排接种门诊,集中接种时间,同时应改进疫苗包装,减少浪费。

| Abstract: | Objective understood the shitsuishan municipal district prophylatic inoculation vaccine loss situation,provides the scientific basis for the formulation and the adjustment biological preparations plan。Methods the continual 6 months "five seedlings" the service condition compiles to 3 immunization sites child foundation immunity,carries on the appraisal with the vaccine attrition rate and the loss coefficient. |
