聚六亚甲基胍消毒液杀菌效果及毒性试验观察

目的观察以聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐为主要成分的消毒液杀菌效果和毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验对其杀菌效果和毒性进行试验观察。结果以含1800 mg/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌作用5 min,平均杀灭率为99.95%;2400 mg/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,平均杀灭率为99.91%。用3200 mg/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐消毒液对白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均杀灭率为99.95%。菌悬液内含体积分数25%以上小牛血清对其杀灭大肠杆菌效果有轻度影响。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口试验LD50>5000 mg/kg,以5200 mg/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐消毒液对家兔皮肤刺激试验指数为0.32,属于轻度刺激性。结论聚六亚甲基胍消毒液对细菌繁殖体和白色念珠菌具有良好的杀菌效果,属无毒级物质,对完整皮肤有轻度刺激性。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF POLYHEXAMETHYLENE BIGUANIDINE DISINFECTION SOLUTION

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride disinfection solution.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out laboratory observation on its germicidal efficacy and toxicity.Results The average killing rates of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 1800 mg/L for 5 min was 99.95%,that of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 2400 mg/L for 5 min was 99.91% and that of Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 3200 mg/L for 10 min was 99.95%.More than 25%(v/v) calf serum in the bacterial suspension slightly influenced its efficacy in killing Escherichia coli.The mouse acute oral LD50 was above 5000 mg/kg.The rabbit skin irritation test index of the solution containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 5200 mg/L was 0.32,which belongs to mild irritation.Conclusions Polyhexamethylene biguanidine disinfection solution kills effectively the vegetative forms of bacteria and Candida albicans.This disinfectant belongs to practically non-toxic class and was slightly irritative to skin.
