| 摘 要： | 目的：观察颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块内细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的mRNA和抗原的表达情况。方法：分别应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学测定颈AS斑块中ICAM-1mRNA和抗原表达。结果：相对于正常动脉内膜，颈AS病变内膜ICAM-1阳性细胞数明显增多(P<0．05)。其中颈AS严重病变肩区阳性细胞数最多，以单核-巨噬细胞为主。结论：ICAM-l与颈AS发生密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the mRNA and antigen expression of ICAM-1 in the carotid atherosclerotic plaques area. Methods: Antigen and mRNA of ICAM-1 weremeasured by immunocytochemistry and hybridization in situ respectively. Results:ICAM-1-positive cells in the intimas of the Carotid AS plaques increased than thosein the intimas of the normal arterial walls. There were the most ICAM-1-positive cellsin the shoulder areas of the advanced lesions. The positive cells in the shoulder areaswere mainly monocytes and macrophages. Conclusion; ICAM-1 May be associated withthe carotid atherosclerosis. |
