慢性肾衰竭的中医药治疗进展

随着科学技术的进步与发展,慢性肾衰竭的中医药治疗近年来已有一定的进展。从以往的单一口服中药汤剂治疗转变为现在的口服中药汤剂、中药灌肠、静脉给药、中药外敷、药浴及针灸等多途径联合治疗,其疗效也得到了越来越多的关注。本文从慢性肾衰竭的病因病机、辨证论治、中成药和单味药治疗、中药灌肠、外治法等方面对近年来的中医药治疗进展进行了综述。

Chinese Medicine in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

With the scientific and technological progress and development,chronic renal failure treatment in Chinese medicine has been made progress in recent years.From the previous treatment of a single oral decoction of Chinese medicine into the oral decoction,enema,intravenous administration and external application of Chinese medicine,bath and acupuncture in the therapeutic alliance of multi-channel and so on,its effects have been more and more attention.The paper reviewed literatures for the past few years from the etiology and pathogenesis,determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs,Chinese patent medicines and single drug therapy,Chinese medicine enema,external,etc.aspects,as well as on its own point of view.
