| 摘 要： | 目的 观察养阴清肺汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 将127例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用养阴清肺汤治疗;对照组口服蓝芩口服液,两组均治疗7 d为1个疗程.结果 治疗组总有效率为87.69%;对照组总有效率为58.46%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 养阴清肺汤治疗喉源性咳嗽有效.

| Abstract: | Objectjve To observe clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on laryngeal cough.Methods 127 cases with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction and the control group was treated with Lanqing oral solution.Both groups were treated for a course of treatment of 7 days.Results The total effective rate of was 87.69%and 58.46%in the treatment group and the control group respectively,showing significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei Decoction is effective in treating laryngeal cough. |
