根管螺纹钉加银汞合金修复龈下断根及残根的临床应用

目的对断面位于牙龈以下的断根和残根进行修复，观察2年以上的远期疗效。方法先用根管螺纹钉和银汞合金形成桩核，再行烤瓷全冠修复。49例患者共62个龈下牙根经修复后，能按时复查者35例，电话随访者11例，未复查者3例。结果在门诊随访的35例患者中，修复后未发生半年内修复体松动或脱落者，0．5—1．0年中共有3例患者的共4个修复体发生脱落，1～2年中有1例患者的1个修复体因根折而失败。电话随访者中未发现有松动脱落者。结论对于断面位于牙龈以下的牙根，可以用根管螺纹钉加银汞合金的办法先形成桩核，最后用烤瓷全冠予以修复，而不用一并拔除。

Clinical application of root canal pin and silver amalgam for restoration of residual root and broken root below gum

Objective To evaluate the long - term stability of prosthesis from root of teeth below gum after restoration for more than 2 years. Methods A post - and - core was formed by root canal pin and silver amalgam first, then it was completed by treatment with porcelain - fusedto -metal. A total of 49 patients with 62 roots of teeth were treated, thirty -five of them were rechecked on schedule, 11 cases were followed up by telephone and 3 cases had not rechecked. Results In 35 regularly rechecked patients, prostheses did not loose or fall off within six months, looseness was taken place or fallen off in a total of 4 prosthesises in 3 patients within 6 months to one year, and root fracture of prosthesis was seen in one patient within 1 to 2 years. Looseness or fall off was not seen in patients followed up with telephone. Conclusion The root canal pin and silver amalgam in forming a post - and - core may be applied for the restoration of root of teeth below gum. Finally the root can be restored by porcelain - fused - to - metal, and it does not have to be uprooted.
