自拟清宁泻火汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿肺炎临床研究

目的：观察自拟清宁泻火汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法：收治肺炎患儿63例，随机分为对照组31例和治疗组32例，7d一疗程，其中32例应用自拟清宁泻火汤与头孢曲松钠联合治疗1疗程，对照组31例应用头孢曲松钠进行治疗1疗程。结果：治疗组有效率96．88％，对照组有效率83．87％，P〈0．05，差异显著，有统计学意义。结论：自拟清宁泻火汤联合头孢曲松钠的疗效显著，且无毒副作用。

Clinical Research in Children with Pneumonia Treated by Qingning Xiehuo Decoction and Ceftriaxone Sodium

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Qingning xiehuo Decoction and Cefiriaxone So- dium on Children with pneumonia. Methods：The 63 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Those 31 cases in control group were treated by only Ceftriaxone Sodium. The 32 cases in observation group were also treated by Qingning xiehuo Decoction ,7 days as a period of treatment. Results ：The to- tal effective rate of the control group was 83.87%, the observation group was 96. 88%, and there was a significant difference between groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conchmiom： The effect of Qingning xiehuo De- coction and Ceftriaxone Sodium was good, There were not poisonous and Side -effcet.
