摘    要:本文分别选择乙醇、乙醇-水、丙酮、丙酮-水、甲醇、乙腈、丙酮-石油醚、苯、无水乙醚等溶剂,制备了吲哚拉新的多晶型,通过差热分析、红外吸收分光光度法及X射线粉末衍射法等鉴别,确定吲哚拉新药物结晶至少存在三种不同的晶型。

Abstract:Polymorphic forms of indolacin were prepared by using such solvents as ethanol, ethanol-water, aceton, aceton-water, methanol, aceton-ether from petroleum, anhydrous acetonitrile, benzene and anhydrous ether. These resulting crystalline polymorphic forms when identified by differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectrophotometry and X-ray powder diffraction were more than three in number.
