| 摘 要： | 绵羊肺腺瘤病是由外源性绵羊肺腺瘤病毒(exJSRV) 感染引起的肺脏肿瘤性疾病,病毒囊膜基因(env)是引起细胞转化的主要因素。JSRV env 蛋白通过与细胞受体结合激活多种信号转导系统,启动细胞内抑制细胞凋亡和刺激细胞增生从而引起细胞癌变。对env致瘤机制的研究一直是揭示JSRV致病机理研究领域中的热点。本文就对JSRV编码的env基因的致瘤机制及研究进展作综述。

| Abstract: | Jaagsiekte sheep retrovirus (JSRV) is the causative agent of a lung cancer in sheep known as ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma. The JSRV envelope protein (env) is sufficient to induce cell transformation in vitro. JSRV env binds to cell receptor, and then initiates several cell signaling pathways that appear to inhibit apoptosis and to stimulate proliferation, which lead cells to become cancerous. At present, the tumorigenic mechanisms of env have become a hot research field to reveal JSRV pathogenesis. This review focuses on recent research progress on the tumorigenic mechanisms induced by JSRV env in lung cancer of sheep. |
