摘    要:24只家兔造成胸腰段脊髓损伤,用多普勒超声、血液流变学、光镜和电镜检查。发现对照组脊髓损伤平面以下的肢体血流量减少;血液粘滞度增高;脊髓毛细血管结构和功能严重损害。治疗组通过自血光量子疗法治疗,可以增加脊髓损伤平面以下的肢体血流量;降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、缩短红细胞电泳时间;降低细细胞聚集指数的红细胞内粘度;减少脊髓出血、水肿的范围和程度,保护毛细血管结构和功能。实验提示:自血光量

Abstract:Twenty four rabbits subjected to the thoracolumbar spinal cord injury were checked up by the doppler ultrasound,blood rheology,light microscope and electron microscope.We found that in the control group,the volume of limb blood flow below the level of spinal cord injury was reduced,blood viscosity increased and the structure and function of spinal cord capillary seriously injured.ALQ could increase in the treated group the volume of limb blood flow below the level of spinal cord injury,decrease the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content,shorten the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis,cut down the erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte internal viscosity,reduce the limits and range of spinal cord bleeding and hydrops,and protect the structure and function of capillary.It is considered that through regulating the effect of local or general microcirculation,the spinal cord blood supply could be increased by ALQ,which provides a basis for the restoration of spinal cord function.(Original aritcle on page 110)
