浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统的架构及作用

基于浙江省慢性非传染性疾病（简称慢病）监测工作的发展需求,充分利用计算机网络和技术,设计并建立综合性的慢病监测网络直报管理系统,以充分发挥各级医疗卫生单位计算机网络作用,提高监测信息的及时性、准确性、共享性。浙江省采用B/S架构,辅以C/S数据采集的J2EE技术,建立了集生命登记、慢性病病例报告与生存随访、伤害医院监测等几大功能于一体的综合性网络直报系统,实现了医疗卫生单位网络直报、社区随访管理、疾控审核动态监督等网络化管理功能,解决了医院HIS系统数据对接、慢性病异地管理的技术难题。慢性病监测信息管理系统设计科学合理,已在浙江省所有县区的各级医疗卫生机构广泛使用,极大推动了本省慢性病监测工作的覆盖面和信息化管理水平。

The developement and application of chronic disease surveillance information management system in Zhejiang province,China

Objective To establish a network based comprehensive chronic disease surveillance information management system（CDSIMS） for accurate and timely data collection.Methods The system was designed with J2EE technology,which took the advantage of B/S infrastructure and collected data with the assistance of C/S technology.The chronic disease information was reported for prefectural,county and township（community） level respectively.Results The CDSIMS had the function of vital registration,chronic disease reporting and follow-up as well as hospital-based injury surveillance,etc.The database merged with the hospital information system（HIS） in Zhejiang province and shared chronic disease information with other provinces in China,which would facilitate the public intervention of certain cases.Conclusion The CDSIMS improved the coverage and efficiency of chronic disease surveillance in Zhejiang province.
