非脱垂子宫经阴道切除与经腹切除手术比较分析

目的比较分析非脱垂子宫经阴道切除与经腹切除两种手术方法临床疗效的优缺点。方法回顾性分析比较2008年1月至2008年12月在上海市第一人民医院接受经阴道子宫切除(TVH)和经腹子宫切除(TAH)328例病人的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用率、术后病率及术后住院天数。结果TVH组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后镇痛用药率、术后病率和术后住院时间均明显优于TAH组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论TVH比TAH具有损伤小、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

A comparison of the transvaginal hysterectomy with the transabdominal hysterectomy for the removal of nonprolapsed uteri

Objective To compare the transvaginal hysterectomy（TVH）with the transabdominal hysterectomy（TAH）for the removal of nonprolapsed uteri.Methods Three hundred and twenty-eight patients were performed with either the TVH or the TAH for the removal of non-prolapsed uteri from January to December 2008.A retrospective study was used to compare the time for the procedures,the volume of lost blood during the operation,quantities of postoperative analgesic consumption and days of postoperative hospitalization.Results Patients with the TVH for uteri removal had better clinical outcomes than those with the TAH based on the time of procedure,blood loss during operation,postoperative analgesic consumption and time for postoperative hospitalization.Conclusion The results suggested that TVH should be a better option than TAH in removal of non-prolapsed uteri.
