男男性行为人群对艾滋病自愿咨询检测需求与利用状况分析

目的了解天津市男男性行为人群（MSM）对艾滋病（AIDS）及艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）的知识和态度调查,探索在同志人群中开展自愿咨询检测工作的有效模式。方法自编调查表,由统一培训的MSM志愿者小组成员作为调查员,统一调查方法。选择在天津市同志酒吧、浴池及互联网等场所活动的64名MSM人群,进行一对一匿名问卷调查,内容包括MSM人口学情况、艾滋病知识与态度、VCT的利用和需求情况以及最近半年的行为学情况等。采用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,应用SPSS 15.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 64名MSM平均年龄（26.2±6.8）岁;对AIDS知识总知晓率为86.7%;最近半年,有59人与男性发生了肛交性行为,平均性伴数为3人;最近一次肛交性行为安全套使用率为59.4%;知晓VCT的占46.7%;90.6%的表示在知道何为VCT后会做咨询检测。79.7%的MSM认为3个月到半年应该进行一次自愿咨询检测;95.3%的人表示会去同志社区小组与疾控中心合作开展VCT点检测。结论 MSM人群VCT服务需求客观存在,但VCT服务信息的可及性与服务利用性差,实际利用率低。

Investigation on the requirement and application of voluntary counseling and testing among men who have sex with men

Objective To investigate the knowledge of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） and attitudes toward voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） among men who have sex with men（MSM）.Methods The volunteer investigators of ＂comrade＂ group were trained with investigation methods.The principle of informed consent and confidentiality were followed for a one-to-one survey.MSM were randomly selected in their active places,including gay bars,public baths and internet sites in Tianjin city.A questionnaire form was used for the investigation and data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0 software.Results 64 MSM aged 26.2±6.8 were investigated for the project.86.7% of participants had knowledge of AIDS and were aware of the risk of HIV infection.The average of sexual partners was 3 and 92.19%（59/64） of the participants had anal sex with men in the most recent six months.The proportion of condom use was 59.4%（38/64） for the last time of anal sex.46.7%（30/64） of the participants were aware of VCT services and 58 people had a HIV screening test after the counseling.48（75%） and 45（70.31%） participants were willing to accept further VCT services of working group and tell their high-risk situation to the gay volunteers,respectively.The majority of participants（95.31%） thought that it was essential to receive a VCT regularly and 83.61%（51/61） of them would like to have a VCT service every three to six months.95.3% of the participants preferred to have VCT in gay communities in collaboration with the center for disease control（CDC） due to the environment of non-discrimination and privacy as well as communication convenience and good service.Conclusion MSM population had the knowledge of AIDS risk.The volunteers of MSM communities could help providing VCT for MSM.
