杭州市2006-2009年居民糖尿病死亡分析

目的了解杭州市居民糖尿病死亡状况及变化趋势,为进一步做好社区糖尿病综合防治工作提供科学依据。方法对杭州市2006-2009年居民病伤死亡原因报表中的有关数据进行糖尿病死亡率的分析,采用国际死因分类法（ICD-10）进行死因分类,采用Excel 2007及SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果近4年来杭州市糖尿病死亡率呈明显上升趋势,从2006年的10.13/10万上升至2009年的13.16/10万,并随年龄的增长而升高,尤其是55~岁组以上增加明显,85~岁组以上达到最高,其中女性死亡率是男性的1.34倍,年均增长率是男性的3.25倍;城市死亡率高于农村,农村年均死亡增长率高于城市。结论杭州市糖尿病死亡率逐年上升,已成为影响居民健康的主要慢病之一,有效地预防和及时发现、治疗糖尿病患者应作为慢性病社区防治工作的重要内容。

Mortality in residents with diabetes mellitus from 2006 to 2009,Hangzhou

Objective To analyze the mortality in residents with diabetes mellitus（DM） from 2006 to 2009,and provide evidence for DM prevention and control.Methods The mortality database of year 2006-2009 was used and ICD-10 codes were applied to categorize the causes of death for all cases reported in Hangzhou city.The data of mortality records were analyzed with Excel 2007 and SPSS11.5.Results Mortality cases with DM increased from 10.13 /lakh to 13.16 /lakh between the year of 2006 and 2009.The rate of mortality cases with DM increased significantly in residents aged 55 years or over and reached to peak in the residents aged 85 years or over.The mortality of DM in female was as 1.34 times high as that in male.The mortality rate of cases with DM increased 3.25 times faster in female than that in male.The mortality rate of DM was higher in urban population than that in rural residents.However,the later of which increased faster annually.Conclusion DM is one of the major chronic diseases in residents of Hangzhou.Efficient actions have to be taken to prevent and treat the disease.
