| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药内服,同时配合针灸治疗半身不遂的疗效。方法采用辨证将半身不遂分为气虚血瘀和肝阳上亢两个证型,分别以补阳还五汤和天麻钩藤饮化裁内服,同时配合针灸治疗63例进行临床观察。结果治愈32例,占50.8%;有效31例,占49.2%;总有效率100%。结论中药加针灸对半身不遂具有良好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicinal(oral) accompanied by acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia.Methods: Hemiplegia was classified as two types: qi asthenia causing blood stasis and hyperactivity of liver-Yang.63 cases of the two types were treated with Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction and Tian Ma Gou Teng decoction respectively,accompanied by acupuncture.The clinical effects were observed.Results: 32 cases were cured,accounted for 50.8 %;31 cases were effective,accounted for 49.... |
