| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是慢性肾衰竭的主要原因之一，本文简要介绍了糖尿病肾病的病因、发病机制、分期，重点就如何在社区对糖尿病患者进行预防糖尿病肾病有关知识的健康教育及医疗干预，以及早期对糖尿病肾病进行筛查的方法进行了介绍。 |

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common cause of chronic renal failure. This article introduces pathogens, pathogenesis and clinic stages of diabetic nephropathy, and how to conduct health education on knowledge of diabetic nephropathy and to prevent and treat the diabetic nephropathy at family medical institution, and how to screen early diabetic nephropathy of the diabetic at family medical institution. |
