甘肃省张掖市甘州区2004-2005年居民死亡原因分析

目的了解甘州区2004-2005年居民死亡特征及规律,为制定疾病预防控制策略和措施提供科学依据。方法按ICD-10死因分类法对死因进行分类,采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果 2004-2005年甘州区居民粗死亡率为607.84/10万,标化死亡率为656.96/10万,男性为757.37/10万,女性为550.19/10万。城区标化死亡率为444.43/10万,农村标化死亡率为725.00/10万。前5位死因依次是呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、脑血管病、损伤和中毒、心脏病。结论慢性非传染性疾病是造成居民健康损害的主要原因,应引起高度重视。应针对不同地区制定具体的防治规划,大力开展慢性病的预防和保健工作,以减少疾病的发生和死亡。

Analysis of death causes in residents of Ganzhou district,Zhangye city

Objective To investigate the death causes for residents of Ganzhou district,Zhangye city,and to provide scientific basis for formulating disease prevention and control measures.Methods Causes of death were classified using the Tenth Revision of the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）.The Excel software was used to analyze the data.Results The crude death rate for residents of Ganzhou district was 607.84/100 000 and the standard death rate was 656.96/100 000（757.37/100 000 for male,550.19/100 000 for female;444.43/100 000 for urban area and 725.00/100 000 for rural area）.The leading five death causes were respiratory diseases,tumors,cerebrovascular disease,injury and poisoning,heart disease.Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main causes of health damage for the residents.Prevention and control measures for chronic non-communicable diseases should be formulated to decrease the rate of the disease development and death.
