医院-家庭-社会体系下乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的研究

目的探索在医院-家庭-社会体系下改善乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的有效的心理干预模式。方法利用癌症生命质量核心问卷（EORTC QLQ-C30）对入选对象进行评估,并对数据资料进行t检验和方差分析,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果乳腺癌患者在手术期生活质量较差（49.12±10.39）,与乳腺良性肿瘤患者相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。心理干预可有效改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的生活质量（54.98±13.37）,较干预前差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与良性患者比较,差异无统计学意义。结论在医院-家庭-社会体系下建立综合性干预模式,开展针对性的心理干预,能有效改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的生活质量。

Effects of psychological intervention on life quality of breast cancer patients underwent radical mastectomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological intervention on life quality of the breast cancer patients underwent radical mastectomy.Methods The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire（EORTC-QLQ-C30） was used to assess the life quality of the participants.One-way ANOVA and t test were used to analyze the data.P〈0.05 was considered as significant.Results The life quality of breast cancer patients was poor（49.12±10.39）,and was significantly different from those of patients with benign breast tumor（P〈0.05）.After psychological intervention,the life quality of breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy was significantly improved（P〈0.05）,and was not significantly different from that of patients with benign breast tumor.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can significantly improve the life quality of breast cancer patients underwent the radical mastectomy.
