| 摘 要： | 目的评价自体红骨髓治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨不连的临床效果。方法2001年7月￣2004年7月,采用自体红骨髓注射治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨不连41例。结果41例患者经3￣12个月(平均8个月)随访,骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为3个月。结论自体红骨髓治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨折简单安全、微创,临床疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autogenous red bone marrow in treatment of old fracture of scaphoid bone.Methods 41 patients with old fracture of scaphoid bone were treated by injecting the autogenous red bone marrow from July 2001 to July 2004.Results The patients were followed up for average 8(3~12) months.All old fractures of scaphoid bone were healed satisfactorily;the average union time was treating 3 mouths.Conclusion It is an effective,simple,minimally invasive and safe thereapy of autogenous red bone marrow in treatment of old fracture of scaphoid bone. |
