治疗性沟通系统对永久性肠造口患者自我护理能力的影响

目的 探讨治疗性沟通系统对永久性肠造口患者自我护理能力的影响.方法 将64例永久性造口患者随机分为干预组和对照组（各32例）,干预组患者按照治疗性沟通系统模式进行护理干预;对照组患者采用常规健康教育方法.结果 干预前（术前）两组患者自我护理能力总分及各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后（术后、术后1个月、术后3个月）两组患者自我护理能力总分及各维度得分除自护责任感维度外差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.干预组自我护理能力总分及各维度得分均随着干预时间的推移而升高.结论 治疗性沟通系统有利于提高永久性肠造口患者的自我护理能力.

Effect of therapeutic communication on self-care agency in patients with permanent colostomy

Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic communication on patients＇ self-care agency among permanent colostomy pa- tients. Methods 64 permanent colostomy patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly （32 patients for each group）. Therapeutic communication was carried out in intervention group, while routine care was carried out in control group. Results There was no statistic difference between the two groups before intervention （preoperative） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Each dimension and total scores of SCA in intervention group （ postoperative, one month after the operation, three months after the operation） were higher than those in control group after the intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ） except self-care sense dimension. Each dimension and total scores of SCA in intervention group were increased with intervention in time. Conclusions Therapeutic communication is helpful to improve the self-care agency of permanent colostomy patients.
