心理护理干预对长期血液透析患者心理及生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对长期血液透析患者的心理及生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年1月-2013年1月在该院进行血液透析的患者58例，随机分为对照组和观察组各29例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预，两组患者护理前后均进行抑郁自评量表（SDS）与焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行评分，护理后采用简单健康调查量表（SF-36）分别对两组患者的生活质量进行评比。结果心理护理干预后观察组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且生活质量明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对长期进行维持性血液透析的患者进行心理护理干预可有效改善患者的心理状况并提高其生活质量。

Impact of psychological nursing intervention on the mood and quality of life of hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological nursing intervention on the mood and quality of life of hemodialysis pa- tients. Methods 58 patients January 2012 to January 2013 were selected,randomly divided into control group and observation group（29 cases in each group）. The control group gave conventional care, while the extra psychological nursing intervention was provided for the patients in the observation group based on the conventional care. The mood and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were scored and compared by using self rating anxiety scale（ SAS）, self rating depression scale（SDS） and SF-36 respectively before and after nursing intervention. Results The anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the quality of life of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The psychological nursing intervention applied to the patients with hemodialysis can not only effectively re- lieve the patient＇ s mood, but also improve their quality of life.
