微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血45例疗效观察

摘    要:
目的 探讨微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果.方法 选择2010年5月-2011年12月该院收治的高血压脑出血患者90例,随机分为对照组(内科综合疗法组)和观察组(微创微创清除术组)各45例,所有患者入院后均给予积极地吸氧、脱水、降颅压、降血压、止血、抗感染、维持水电解质平衡、防治并发症等常规内科综合治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上复合应用微创颅内血肿清除术.结果 观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血创伤小,损伤轻微,操作简便,疗效显著,可在基层医院临床推广.

Abstract:
Objective To explore clinical effect of treating cerebral haemorrhage patients with micro-debridement. Methods Totally 90 patients with cerebral haemorrhage hospitalized by us from May 2010 to Dec. 2011 were randomly divided into Control Group (Composite Medical Treatment Group) and Observation Group (Micro-Debridement Group) (each group 45 cases). All the patients received conventional composite medical treatments such as oxygen uptake, dehydration, intracranial pressure lowering, blood pres-sure lowering, hemorrhage arresting, infection resistance, maintenance of fluid and electrolyte balance, prevention and treatment of complications. Observation Group was treated with miero-debridement of intracranial hematoma on the above basis. Results Ob-servation Group showed remarkably higher overall effective rate than Control Group, with difference of statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Miero-debridement of intracranial hematoma with small bleeding, small wound, slight trauma, easy operation and significant effect can be clinically promoted in grass-root hospital.
