尿NMP22检测在膀胱癌诊断中的应用

目的：探讨测定尿中NMP 22的含量在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：应用ELISA法检测29例膀胱癌术前患者（实验组）、15例膀胱癌术后复测患者（对照组）,20例泌尿系良性疾病患者（对照组）,15例健康志愿者（对照组）,尿样中NMP22的含量。同时行尿脱落细胞学检查并进行对比。结果：实验组29例术前尿NMP22含量中位数为27.63 u/ml 15例术后尿NMP22含量中位数为7.62 u/ml 20例泌尿系良性疾病中位数为7.25 u/ml 15例健康志愿者的中位数为2.17 u/ml。膀胱癌患者尿NMP22的平均水平均显著高于其他3组的NMP22的平均水平,实验组与其他3组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。以10 u/ml为诊断参考值时,NMP22诊断膀胱癌的敏感度为82.76%,特异度为65%。而尿脱落细胞学检查的敏感度仅为34.48%,特异度为100%。15例术后复测患者的NMP22平均水平显著低于术前（P〈0.01）,且实验组NMP22水平与肿瘤分级密切相关、与临床分期无关。结论：尿NMP22含量的测定可作为膀胱癌诊断和监测的一个辅助指标,且具有简单、无创伤、敏感度高、可定量分析等优点。

Detected Urinary NMP22 Applited for Diagnosis of Blader Cancer
