| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟疏肝软坚汤结合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将患者85例随机分为治疗组44例与对照组41例,两组均应用TACE治疗,并根据临床症状对症处理及应用保肝药物治疗;治疗组加用疏肝软坚汤口服。结果:治疗组总有效率及及生活质量评分(QOL)提高情况均优于对照组。结论:疏肝软坚汤与TACE联合应用能加强其疗效。

Efficacy observation on treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with the Shugan Ruanjian decoction plus TACE |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with the Shugan Ruanjian decoction plus TACE.Methods:85 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (44 cases) and control group (41cases),both groups application of TACE treatment,and symptomatic treatment based on clinical symptoms and application of the hepatoprotective drug treatment;the treatment group oral the Shugan Ruanjian decoction.Results:The total efficiency and improve quality of life score (QOL) than the control group.Conclusion:The Shugan Ruanjian decoction plus TACE application to enhance its efficacy. |
