脑卒中卧床患者照护人员预防压疮知识的现状

目的了解脑卒中卧床患者照护人员预防压疮相关知识的掌握情况。方法 2009年1-12月,采用自行设计的问卷对神经内科脑卒中卧床患者的照护人员114名进行调查。结果脑卒中卧床患者照护人员压疮的预防知识和营养知识得分较高,发生压疮后的处理得分最低;80.7%的照护人员在患者住院期间希望得到的健康教育方式为护士的个别指导;68.4%的照护人员对预防压疮很重视,而3.5%的照护人员对预防压疮不重视。结论应加强对脑卒中卧床患者照护人员预防压疮相关知识的指导,提高其对预防压疮的重视程度和操作能力。

Caregivers' Status in Mastering Nursing Knowledge of Pressure Sore for Bedridden Patients with Cerebral Stroke

Objective To investigate the caregivers＇ mastering status of nursing knowledge of pressure sore for bedridden patients with cerebral stroke.Methods From januany to December 2009,questionnaire was adopted to investigate 114 caregivers of bedridden patients with cerebral stroke in neurology department.Results The caregivers＇ knowledge scores on prevention and nutrition for pressure sore were comparatively higher and the knowledge score on pressure sore treatment was poor.Altogether 80.7% of the caregivers expected individual nursing guidance and 68.4% of them attached importance to pressure sore prevention.Only 3.5% of them ignored pressure sore prevention.Conclusion We should strenghen the preventive knowledge guidance of pressure sore and improve the corresponding awareness and coping capacities for the caregivers of bedridden patients with cerebral stroke.
