早期吞咽功能训练促进卒中患者康复的应用研究

目的探讨早期吞咽功能训练促进卒中患者康复的临床价值和意义。方法将108例吞咽功能障碍的卒中患者随机分为实验组（52例）和对照组（56例）;实验组予以早期吞咽功能训练;对照组不予接受上述训练;两组患者的其他治疗措施均按照卒中指南进行;半年内观察两组患者发生吸入性肺炎、脱水、营养不良及死亡的情况。结果实验组吸入性肺炎发生率为15.4%,脱水及营养不良为23.1%,死亡率为13.5%。对照组吸入性肺炎发生率为32.1%,脱水及营养不良为41.1%,死亡率为32.1%。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论对于有吞咽功能障碍的卒中患者,早期吞咽功能训练可以有效降低吸入性肺炎的发生率,改善营养状态,降低近期（半年内）死亡率,进而提高患者的生存质量及家属的满意度。

The applied research of early swallowing for promoting apoplexy patients' recovery

Objective Probe the clinical value and significance of early swallowing for promoting apoplexy patients' recovery.Methods There are 108 apoplexy participators with swallow barrier divided into experimental group and control group stochastically:52 participators in experimental group accept early swallow training,while 56 participators in control group do not accept it,then other treatment plans are all carried on them according to the apoplexy guide.And we observe the imbedibility pneumonia,dehydration,malnutrition and the mortality rate for two group participators in half a year,and carry on statistics processing.Results In experimental group,there were 8 imbedibility pneumonia participators,account 15.4%,12 dehydration and malnutrition ones,account 23.1%,7 people were died,account 13.5%.On the other hand,17 imbedibility pneumonia participators in control group,account 32.1%,22 dehydration and malnutrition ones,account 41.1%,18 people were died,account 32.1%.Comparison differences between the two groups have statistics significance,P<0.05.Conclusion For apoplexy patients with swallow barrier,swallowing earlier can reduce the rate of imbedibility pneumonia,improve nutrition condition,reduce mortality rate in the near future effectively(about half year).Thus it can improve patients' survival quality,and raise patients and their family members' satisfaction simultaneously.
