肝纤维化血清学无创检测研究进展

肝纤维化指肝脏细胞外基质弥漫性的过度沉积,是机体对于肝实质损伤的一种修复反应及许多慢性肝病共同的病理过程,也是各种慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的重要步骤.迄今为止,临床尚缺乏特异性有效逆转或阻止肝纤维化进展的药物,尽早对肝纤维化进行诊断具有重要意义.目前肝纤维化的诊断主要靠组织病理学、血清学标志物及影像学手段.肝活检被认为是肝纤维化诊断和分期的金标准,但由于肝活检的风险和局限性,无创肝纤维化评价模式的建立成为临床亟待解决的科学问题和研究热点.本文对近年来肝纤维化血清学无创检测研究进展进行综述,为肝纤维化诊断提供参考.

Research progress of non-invasive detection of hepatic fibrosis

Hepatic fibrosis refers to the diffused and excessive deposition of liver extracellular matrix. It is a repair response of the body to liver parenchymal damage and a common pathological process of many chronic liver diseases, and it is also an important step for the development of various chronic liver diseases to cirrhosis. So far, there is no specific and effective drug to effectively reverse or prevent the progress of hepatic fibrosis, and an early diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis is of great significance. The diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis mainly relies on histopathology, serological markers and imaging methods. Liver biopsy is considered to be the gold standard for the diagnosis and staging of hepatic fibrosis. In recent years, due to the risks and limitations of liver biopsy, the establishment of a non-invasive hepatic fibrosis evaluation model has become a scientific problem that needs to be solved urgently in clinical practice and research hotspot. This article reviews the research progress of non-invasive serological detection of hepatic fibrosis within recent years, and provides a reference for the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
