| 摘 要： | 采用薄层色谱法对盆腔炎颗粒中大血藤、紫花地丁、牡丹皮、当归、川芎进行鉴别 ,并用HPLC法对制剂中芍药苷进行含量测定。平均回收率 98 2 7% ,RSD为 1 87%。

| Abstract: | Caulis sargentodoxae,herba voilae,cortex moutan,radix angelicae sinensis and rhizoma chuanxiong in Penqiangyan Granule were identified by TLC methods.Contents of paeoniflorin in the granule were determined by HPLC method.The average recovery and relative standard deviaton were 98 27% and 1 87% respectively. |
