柴胡桂枝汤相合方剂免疫调节作用的实验研究

目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤、桂枝汤、小柴胡汤的免疫调节作用,以证实其合方中方与方间存在着功效的相加、协同或拮抗关系。方法:设柴胡桂枝汤、桂枝汤、小柴胡汤3个药物组和空白时照组,计算其对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率、迟发型变态反应的耳肿胀率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率。结果:药物组与对照组比较均能增加正常小鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化率、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞百分率、小鼠迟发型变态反应(P<0.05),柴胡桂枝汤的免疫调节作用优于小柴胡汤、桂枝汤(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤和小柴胡汤的免疫调节作用具有协同关系。

Study on Immunization of Chaihu-Guizhi Tang

Objective: To observe the immunization of Chaihu-Guizhi Tang,Guizhi Tang and Xiao-Chaihu Tang,confirmed the combined,synergies or antagonistic relationship on the effection of immunization among those herbs.Method: To observe the effect of different herbs on mice by delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNFB(DTH),proliferous reaction of splenocytes,swollen degree of ears of experimental miceand mouse Carbin clearance experiment.Result: Compareing with the contral group,experimental groups can relieve the swollen degree grossly,increased the function of mono nuclaer-macrophage and the proliferous reaction(P<0.05).The immunorepressive action of Chaihu-Guizhi Tang was better than Guizhi Tang and Xiao-Chaihu Tang(P<0.05).Conclusion: Guizhi Tang and Xiao-Chaihu Tang have the synergies relationship on the effection of immunization.
