复方甘草酸甙片联合肝素软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床效果观察

目的:评价复方甘草酸甙片联合肝素软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:搜集2008年3月～2009年3月来本院治疗慢性湿疹患者108例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各54例,治疗组使用复方甘草酸甙片联合肝素软膏治疗,对照组只采用肝素软膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗21 d时,治疗组有效率为59.3%,对照组有效率为35.2%,两组总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组临床症状积分降低明显,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察期间未发现不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸甙片联合肝素软膏治疗湿疹疗效高,复发率低,安全性好。

Effect of combined therapy of compound glycyrrhizin tablet and heparin ointment on chronic eczema

Objective： To evaluate the effect of combined therapy of compound glycyrrhizin tablet and heparin ointment on chronic eczema.Methods： A total of 108 cases with chronic eczema visiting our hospital from March 2008 to March 2009 were selected,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 54 cases each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablet and heparin ointment,while control group with heparin ointment.The clinic effect was observed and compared.Results： The efficacy of treatment group was 59.3% on the 21st day,and 35.2% in control group,with significant difference between them（P0.01）.Clinical score in treatment group decreased obviously comparing with control group（P0.01）.And no side-effect occurred.Conclusions： Combined therapy of compound glycyrrhizin tablet and heparin ointment is of low reoccurrence rate.It is effective and safe.
