摘    要:目的建立镰形棘豆中主要活性成分鼠争柠檬素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Lichrospher C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相:0.4%磷酸水溶液-甲醇(20:80);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:350nm。结果鼠李柠檬素在4~30μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.4%;5批镰形棘豆药材中鼠李柠檬素的平均含量为0.39%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于镰形棘豆药材的质量控制方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method o,: HPLC for determination of rhamnocitrin in Oxytropis faleate Bunge. Methods The HPLC method was used. Chromatographic column: Lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) reversed-phase column; mobile phase: 0.4% phosphoric acid in water - methanol (20 : 80) flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; detective wavelength: 350 nm. Results Rharnnocitrin was liner at the range of 4- 30 μg (r=0.999 8), and its average recovery rate was 99.7%, RSD=1.4%. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, so it can be used for the quality control of Oxytropis falcate Bunge.
