| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通脑灵胶囊治疗中风稳定期及后遗症期的临床疗效.方法：采用随机、阳性药（维脑路通）对照方法,分别对130例中风稳定期及后遗症期患者进行临床症状体征、血脂、血流变学等项目的研究.结果：治疗组总有效率为90%,而对照组为70%,经统计学分析表明,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）,还可明显降低患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平,改善患者血流变学状态,其作用均优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论：通脑灵胶囊能显著改善中风稳定期及后遗症患者的症状体征、降低血脂和血黏度.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongnaoling capsule in treating apoplexy at the stationary and sequelae phase.Method:The symptoms and signs,blood lipid and hemorheology of 130 patients with apoplexy at the stationary and sequelae phase were studied.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90% and in the control group it was 70% respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group notablely(P<0.01).Tongnaoling capsule could also decrease the level of TC,TG and LDL-C and improve the hemorheology of the patients.And the effects were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Tongnaoling capsule could improve the symptoms and signs,decrease the blood lipid and blood viscosity of patients with apoplexy at the stationary and sequelae phase significantly. |
