后组脑神经和岩下窦的显微解剖学研究

摘    要:目的通过对颈静脉孔区后组脑神经及岩下窦的的显微镜下的解剖研究,为手术提供解剖学的依据。方法用10例(20侧)成人尸头在手术显微镜下重点观察了颈静脉孔区后组脑神经和岩下窦解剖结构。结果颈静脉孔分为岩部、乙状部及神经部。岩下窦会在不同水平汇入颈静脉系统。结论颈静脉孔区后组脑神经及岩下窦的结构复杂,详尽的解剖学研究有助于术中保护重要结构,减少术后并发症的发生率。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the normal features of the lower cranial nerves and the IPS, and provide anatomic foundation to surgery.MethodsBy using microscopic skills, ten adult cadavers(20 sides)were used to observe the position of the cranial nerves and inferior petrosal sinus as they entered the jugular foramen.ResultThe jugular foramen is divided into the petrosal portion, the sigmoid portion and the intrajugular compartment. The inferior petrosal sinus may join the jugular venous system at any level.ConclusionsThe anatomic study of lower cranial nerves and the IPS are complex, detailed anatomic study is helpful to protect important structures, and may improve the success of surgery.
